- Take 1/2 cup Oil

- Firstly take cauliflower, cut it into small pieces and boil for 5min and also boil green peas together with it.
- Cut potato also in small pieces.Take pressure cooker add oil allow it to be hot add cumine seeds and garlic,ginger,green chilli paste and green garlic leaves.cook it until colour turn to little brown then add boil peas, cauliflower and potato.
- Cooked it for 10min by mixing all ingredients also like red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder and salt.Then add pieces of tomato.
- Allow it to cook for 10min so that tomato pieces mix with vegetables.Then stem it for 15min.Then add garam masala, Maggi masala and coriander leaves.
