  3. Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry for about 5-7min, then add chicken breasts and fry till they are semi cooked, then add 1-2tbs of soy sauce. Stir fry till the soy sauce is boiling. Add water and bring to boil. The, let it simmer till the water cooked down to 1/2.
