  1. Slide the onion,big rings and another one normal as in small small.
  2. Parboil the beans,wash and place back on heat,grate the ginger,turmeric and garlic.and add with salt and onion.
  3. Peel and cut the yam,and pour inside the beans by now it has soften
  4. Add crayfish,pepper,Seasoning and cover to boil.onces both the yam and beans softens add the red oil.
  5. Cover and boil for 5minutes then stir very well cover again and boil for 2minites.
  6. Serve witj the big rings of onion.
