  1. Slice yam and wash.
  2. Pour in a pot,add water but let the water not cover it.
  3. Add palmoil,slice in onion,maggi,curry,crayfish and salt.
  4. Boil for 8minutes.uncover and stir with a wooden spoon for 40seconds.
  5. Cover again and boil for 5minutes.by now the porriage has formed.
  6. Taste for salt.and bring it down because is ready.
  7. Cut the fish,wash with salt and spice with salt,curry,maggi.
  8. Set in the oven,and grill for 30minutes.serve with the porriage.
