- Peel ur yam n chop in to tiny bits
- Wash ur chopped yam,pour in a pot and add water slightly above the yam n put on ur fire
- Chop ur meat in to tiny bits and add,add ur seasonings,salt to taste,blend ur scotchbonnet,cratfish n tomato and add
- Add ur chopped onion,palm oil,oziza leaf,ugu leaf, cover and allow to cook.
- Once it yam is soft,get a wooden spoon(I use tuwo turning stick) n keep stirring untill u get that thick consistency of ur choice.
