- Mix oil nd sugar nd beat on high speed using mixer for 10 mins.
- U can use whisker but it will take time and it's hard.
- Add in eggs one at a time
- Add in ur milk
- And lastly mix ur baking powder with semo and mix until well corporated
- Grease ur pan and pour in the batter and bake
- After baking I usually add sugar syrup with lemon and sprinkle some dessicated coconut,enjoy😋😋bon appetit
