Instructions to make Mukimo:
  1. Peel the potatoes and wash them.
  2. In a pan with water and salt add precooked maize and potatoes then allow them to cook till ready
  3. Wash the pumpkin leaves, cut in big sizes then cook them for 20 min, after you blend them.
  4. Drain excess water from the potato mixture then mix with the blend of pumpkin leaves.
  5. In a separate bowl fry the onion, then add the mukimo mixture.
  6. Serve with your favourite stew
