- In your cooking pot add oil followed by onion. Mix and cook till tender and translucent.
- Add tomatoes and cook till tender.
- Add tomato paste, cumin, black pepper and salt, and give everything a mix till well combined. Add some water to for a thick sauce. Cook for 2 minutes
- Add your boiled githeri, some water if need be(don’t flood your githeri😂😂)and the bell peppers. give it a mix and let your stew cook for 5 minutes or so.
