- Get 4 oz cream cheese
- Get 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
One of my favorite tortellini flavors is chicken & prosciutto that I found melds perfectly with the Alfredo sauce. Of course, if you love Prego Traditional , by all means, give that a whirl. You know how I am about options and Prego allows you to channel your inner executive chef and play! I used the same amounts of sauce, but rinsed the jars with a couple oz of water which I mixed in.
Instructions to make Tortellini and Chicken Alfredo Bake:
- Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9x13 baking dish and add all tortellini. (No need to cook, add them frozen!!) Next, add chicken evenly.
- Melt butter and add flour. Cook 1 minute on medium. Lower heat and add milk. Whisk on low for 5 minutes and then add remaining ingredients EXCEPT bread crumbs and reserved parm cheese. Cook on a low simmer another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Pour Alfredo sauce over tortellini and Chicken and mix well. Top with bread crumbs and reserved parmesan cheese. Bake 30-40 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered. Enjoy!!

Cook the tortellini al dente (two minutes less than the time given on the package). Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
