Steps to make Nippattu:
  1. Dry roast ground nuts in a pan for 1 min. In low flame and keep in a plate.
  2. Dry roast red chillies for 30 seconds in low flame and keep in a plate.
  3. Now take a jar add roasted groundnuts,chillies,grayed coconut,jeera and curry leaves blend it roughly.
  4. Add all three flour and blended powder,salt and mix well.
  5. Now add 3 tsp of oil and mix.
  6. Now with help of water make a soft dough.
  7. Now make a balls from a dough.
  8. Take a foil paper grease with oil.
  9. Now take one ball keep on a foil paper and spread with ur hands slowly to make a poori shape.
  10. Make all like that.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all poori on low to high flame.
  11. Take out on absorben paper.
  12. Serve hot in a plate enjoy with tea or coffee.
