- Prepare 1 kg Beef
- Take Shan nihari masala halfpack
- Get 1-2 Onion
- Prepare Whole wheat flour halfcup

- Take Oil

- Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp Haldi
Add meat and fry it a little. Add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and ginger paste. - Then seporate oil from it and put aside then add 2 glass more water and snif the wheat amd add and let it stir continuously then cook for 10 min then add the seporate oil and serve
