  1. Prepare 1 cup maida
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp ghee
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp rice flour
  4. Take 1/4 tsp. Onion seeds (kalongi)
  5. Get 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  6. Get 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Get as required Oil for fry

Instructions to make Nimki:
  1. Take maida in parat. Add carom seeds cumin seeds coarsely crushed in khul batta and onion seeds mix well. Now add 1tbsp Ghee for moin. Mix properly and knead a tight dough. Cover and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  2. For sata:- Take 1tbsp ghee and rice flour in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Now again knead dough roll a roti spread sata with the help of spoon and make a roll. And cut in to equal small pieces.
  4. Now roll piece and make a big puri prick with fork and fold in triangle shape press edges, prick with fork on both sides and fry till golden colour. On mid slow flame. Tasty Crispy Nimki is ready.And 'joy with tea. Gujju's fav. Snacks.
