  21. Prepare Roast and mix in wAter

  4. Now add 1 Tb spoon of the above spice in meat with 2 cups of water and cook for -2 hours then fry on a high flame till oil separates. Then take out the oil add more water and cook till meat is completely tender.
  5. While the meat is still on stove roast flour add flour mix in nihari and thicken it till you get your desired consistency
  6. Now mix the remaining spice mix with 1 t spoon (nihari masala packet) and cook for 20 minutes add - oil(jo bhonnty waqt nikal liya tha)
  7. Dish out - Sprinkle whole spices powder - - Coriander - Lemon - Fry onion - Ginger chilli (Agar nali ke sath bong dali hai to nali say Gouda nikal kar alag say ya dishout karty waqt nali ka Gouda upar dal lain - If u like - Boil bheja with little bit of salt and haldi and serve with nihari )
