  1. In a bowl strain the flour then add oil,salt,carom seeds,chaat masala and roasted kasoori methi.Mix all together nicely and make a tight dough.
  2. Divide the dough in equal portions.Take one portion,roll it round then apply some oil & fold into half again apply some oil into half portion & fold it to make triangle shape.Roll this triangle a bit more.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry them in low flame.That's why they'll take time to get crisp nimki..
