Instructions to make Semolina laddu:
- Heat a kadhai and put ghee and semolina in it and roast it on low flame and stir it continuously. When the semolina gets light brown colour then turn off the gas stove and keep it aside and cool down. Now heat a kadhai and put Mawa in it and cook it on low flame and when the Mawa gets light brown colour then turn off the gas stove and put the mawa mixture in semolina and mix it well and cool down.
- When the mixture gets cool down, then add all ingredients in it and mix it well and when the mixture gets properly mix it then make laddu. Garnish with some dry fruits.
- Your semolina laddu is ready to serve and enjoy it.
