Easiest Way to Prepare Favorite Baked trout and vegetables
Hey everyone, hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a special dish, baked trout and vegetables. It is one of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I’m gonna make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.
Top with half of the garlic. Place trout skin side down over vegetables. Place the trout fillets in the centre of the vegetables. Place trout in the prepared baking dish and coat with remaining olive oil.

- Get I river trout
- Get 2 handfuls fresh mixed herbs - parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary
- Make ready Olive oil
- Make ready Fresh vegetables - broccoli, parsley, leek,parsnip,carrot, red pepper
What to serve with rainbow trout: Oven-roasted vegetables, such as asparagus, sliced bell peppers, red onions. Grilled vegetables, such as squash, zucchini, red onions, asparagus, or bell peppers. Instructions to make Baked trout and vegetables:
- Heat oven to 180 degrees c
- Chop vegetables and place on ovenproof tray. Season with olive oil and salt and pepper (I added s little chilli too)
- Clean fish and fill cavity with mixed herbs. Rub with olive oil or butter and seasoning. Wrap in foil.
- Place fish on a tray and bake both fish and vegetables in the oven for approx. 30mins. ( depends on size of the fish. Rest for 5 minutes and serve. Note: this dish contains fish bones.
