Instructions to make Rava/Semolina Idra/Appe:
- In a large bowl add Rava/Semolina, add water, a pinch of salt, and cumin seeds. Let it soak/rest on the counter for 1 hour or more.
- Add blenched Palak/Spinach and mix well.
- For tempering add oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Toast till they crackle and pour over the batter. Mix well.
- Put a non-stick pan on medium heat, sprinkle oil so that the batter doesn't stick, add 4 tbsp of batter and make small Idra/Appe. Cook until bottom layer turns golden brown.
