  1. Take 400 gms wheat flour

  4. Get 1 tsp jeera masala

  7. Make ready as per taste Salt
  8. Take as required Green coriander leaves

  3. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and put chopped green chillies along with the mixture to fry.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes or until having not moisture in it. Add little salt and chopped green coriander leaves
  5. Place it in a plate to let cool
  6. Make a ball a little heavier than taba roti ball.Make a roti with the help of roller.
  7. Take some mixture of pre cooked cauliflower and flow it on the centre of roti. Now mould the circle shaped roti from the sides to give square shape,mixture should be covered.
  8. Now fry it on Tawa from both sides
  9. Enjoy it with hot tea,chutney or curd
