  1. Peel of potatoes and cut into small cubes.wash it properly and put a kadai on flame, add oil and crackle cumin seeds and put finely chopped green chillies and ginger, then add chopped potatoes add salt and red chilli powder then cover it with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Amchur powder and add coriander leaves and again cook for two minutes and keep it aside.
  3. Spread ghee or butter on both sides of bread, heat the toaster and fill potato stuffing in between and make yummy sandwiches.
  4. Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
