  12. Take as required oil
  13. Take As required water
  14. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric
  15. Take Pinch asafoetida
Instructions to make Cauliflower Manchurian:
  1. Take small florets from cauliflower &wash them, then add 1/2 tsp Salt and mix well, add in boil water for 3 minutes,then dry it in a strainer.coat florets with corn flour.
  2. Heat oil & fry florets on medium flame. once florets turns golden,take out on a paper towel,crispy cauliflower florets are ready.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add chopped garlic cloves, pinch asafetida and stir. Then add chopped onions and saute it. Then add green onion, green chili garlic ginger paste and stir for 1 minute. Now add capsicum and saute everything. add chopped spring onion green and 1/4 cup water. mix well and cook properly.
  4. Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce,chili sauce,dark soya sauce(all sauces are homemade) and mix everything well.now turn off the gas. Now add fry cauliflower florets and mix well.Spirnkle chopped coriander,chopped spring onion greens.Garnish with capsicum slice & onion slice & chopped coriander. Tasty cauliflower manchurian is ready to serve.
