- Take 3 Tb vegetable oil
- Make ready 150 gm coconut/palm sugar
- Take 1 ts vanila essence

Steps to make Finger Millet-Oats Brownie:
- Sieve all the dry ingredients, except sugar in a bowl
- Combine yogurt, sugar,vanila and oil in another bowl and whisk well till sugar dissolves
- Now add the dry ingredients to the yogurt mix and fold in well
- Grease a baking dish with a Tb butter /oil
- Pour in the brownie mix into it and level / flatten the surface
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree celcius or until done
- Let cool and take the brownie off on a plate and cut into pieces
- Store airtight and indulge!!
