- Ones the gritz is soft and cooked add the sorrel leaves and onions stir, (do not close the pot) let it simmer for some few minutes, remove from heat and it's ready to be served.
- Serve hot. I added man shanu and enjoyed like say nothing do me 😉 it's absolutely delicious
