Rinse in both a clean pot,put in all the ingrients crayfish,onion,salt,red oil,salt,curry,star cubes, and boil. Steps to make Yam porriage:
- Peel yam and cut into small cubes shape and wash.set aside
- Cut onions. Blend pepper and garlic
- Put pot on fire and add yam,onions,pepper and garlic paste,ginger powder, seasoning, Palm oil and add enough water the level of the yam
- Allow to cook on low heat.
- When it start boiling add crayfish and washed bitterleaf and boiled chicken which you cut in small sizes. Use cooking spoon to pieces some yam till it get thicken. If too thick add little hot water. Allow to set and serve

Note: To get the most out of beans, it is best to cook it with one of the following: sweet yam, ripe/unripe plantain, sweet potatoes or baby corn. Bring a pot of water to a boil. In the meantime, peel the sweet potato and cut into little cubes.
