The ingredients needed to make Rum Waffle:
- Prepare 3 cups flour
- Get 2 cups sugar

- In a medium size bowl add the 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar and mix it using a spoon for 5minutes.
- In a small bowl add the 3 eggs,2 tablespoon butter, 1/3 cup oil and the1 teaspoon water and mix it using a mixer in medium for 5minutes.
- Add sugar mixture and the egg mixture in a large bowl and mix it again using a mixer mix it for 5 minutes.
- After it mix add 3 cups flour, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar,1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda, and the 2 tablespoon butter and mix it again with a mixer for 10 minute or at least until it is combined.
- After it is mix at 3 teaspoon rum slowly to the mixture and then mix it up for 5 minutes
- Then using a ice cream scoop take 2 scoop of the batter and then you put them into the machine and cook it until golden brown or usually I cook it for 10 minutes.
Add milk, butter and vanilla; mix well. Using a mixer on medium-high speed, cream the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and flavor extracts until the mixture is fluffy. Reduce the mixer speed and stir in the dry ingredients until the dough is completely mixed together. Preheat a French-Belgian waffle iron over medium heat. First, preheat the waffle iron to its highest setting.
