- Take Half a packet spaghetti
- Get 1 big carrot
- Make ready 2 ripe tomatoes
- Take 1 and half cup minji
- Prepare 1 big onion
- Prepare Salt
- Take Spices of choice
- Make ready Oil for frying

Instructions to make Spaghetti, minji and carrots:
- Wash your minji, set aside. Cut your onions and tomatoes. Dice your carrots too.
- In a sufuria put a small amount of cooking oil and add in onions, and salt fry until golden brown then add tomatoes. Cover for 1min then when all tomatoes are fried add minji then stir.
- Add spices and stir for 1min then add water, cover and let it cook for 10min.
- Add spaghetti and carrots and mix well until blended, add a little water, cover and let it cook for around 20min.
- Serve and enjoy.
