  1. Take a bowl, in it take mix flour, sprouts, add salt, chopped green chilly, crushed ginger, jeera, sabut dhania, red chilly powder, ajwain. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Add little by little water in it approx. half cup, mix it nicely.
  3. Batter should be of thick consistency.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai, now in batter pour 2 tsp. Of hot oil and mix it properly.
  5. Now drop fritters in hot oil, and on medium flame deep fry the fritters.
  6. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
