- Take 1 cup=sprouts (moong+mogar)
- Prepare 1 cup=mix flour (rice flour +jowar +ragi +jau+gramflour)
- Get Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp. =Red chilly powder
- Make ready 1 =green chilly
- Get 1/2 inch=ginger
- Prepare 1/2 tsp =Sabut Dhania
- Make ready 1/2 tsp =jeera
- Take 1/2 tsp =ajwain
- Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make Sprouts Fritters (sprouts):
- Take a bowl, in it take mix flour, sprouts, add salt, chopped green chilly, crushed ginger, jeera, sabut dhania, red chilly powder, ajwain. Mix all ingredients.
- Add little by little water in it approx. half cup, mix it nicely.
- Batter should be of thick consistency.
- Heat oil in kadhai, now in batter pour 2 tsp. Of hot oil and mix it properly.
- Now drop fritters in hot oil, and on medium flame deep fry the fritters.
- Serve it hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
