Instructions to make Semolina stuffed glass Dhokla:
- Soak Semolina in curd and water for 1/2 hour.
- Make stuffing- smash boil potatoes in bowl.
- Heat a pan,pour 1 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,One small chopped onion, green peas and fry
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala,salt, turmeric powder, mashed potatoes and mix it properly. Stuffing is ready.
- After completion of half an hour open the lid of batter,mix it and and 1 tbsp ENO to the batter.Mix it well. Put the deep vessel on medium flame, add water.pre steam it.
- Grease the two or three glasses.fill half glass.make stuffing rolls place it in between the batter in glass.pour remaining batter on it. Now place both the glasses in the steamer, steam it for 15 to 20 mins.
- Let it cool down.take it out from the glass after it get cool.
- Now tempering- take a pan add oil, mustard seeds,some curry leaves and 4 green chillies,let it cracked,Roll the steamed roll in it.
- Now cut it and serve.
