- Cook the leftover sauce till the rawness is done and apply on cooked chicken then wrap in foil and bake for few mins.
- Take out it's ready.
- While you bake chicken cook rice.
- Soak rice for a while
- Chop onions and garlic, tomatoes and green chillies
- Heat oil add onions and sautee, add garlic and fry add tomatoes and peri sauce, salt and little water and cook till boil comes add rice and water nearly 5cups and cook on low flame till water dries.
- Add green chillies and put on dum for few mins covered.
- For baked potatoes I sliced them you can make wedges and coat them with peri sauce and salt. Bake them or fry
- Make a platter with rice peri chicken and chips and serve it with some peri sauce
