  14. Heat oil add onions and sautee, add garlic and fry add tomatoes and peri sauce, salt and little water and cook till boil comes add rice and water nearly 5cups and cook on low flame till water dries.
  15. Add green chillies and put on dum for few mins covered.
  16. For baked potatoes I sliced them you can make wedges and coat them with peri sauce and salt. Bake them or fry
