- Prep ingredients
- Cook pasta and chop veg. Roughly chop tomatoes, grate carrot and dice onion
- Drain brazed tofu and fork the flakes loose. Rip up nori into small bits and stir into tofu. Squeeze lemon over
- Once pasta is cooked and drain stir everything in together
- Add cheese if you like (this is vegan cheese)
