- In a heavy bottom pan add ghee when hot add vermicelli and roast it until golden brown in color
- Now remove it on a plate
- In the same kadai add milk when boil add roasted vermicelli and let it boil.
- Now low heat approximately 10 minutes now add cardamom powder and sugar mix it and add chopped dry fruit and garnish with chopped pistachio and almonds vermicelli paysam is ready for serve. You can enjoy it hot or cold as you like
